Not loving your new item? No problem! From the moment your order is delivered to you, you have fourteen days to return the item(s). Items returned after this will not be accepted.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact out Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment in which we estimate a refund within 14 days on receiving the returned package, we try to work as quickly as possible.
To process a return…
Contact us by email email@example.com quoting your order number to let us know you are returning your item/s.
Please include the returns slip enclosed in your parcel with your order number and/or name and address to ensure it can be processed correctly
Your item(s) can then be returned to the following address:
6 Barfield Road West Mersea, Colchester, Essex, CO5 8QT.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.
All items being returned must:
- Have all labels attached
- In original condition
- Be unused/ not worn
- Be unwashed
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
- Pierced jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached.
Unfortunately if they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund, this will be at the customer's expense.

The cost of a return is on behalf of the sender, and is therefore not reimbursed by Karma Boutique.
